Ah sorry about this. The index.html has been reverted to an earlier
version and this has broken the links. I'll see what I can do to fix
later.

Re the status of that server: doc.ubuntu.com will continue to be our
preview server, while help.ubuntu.com (to be publicised soon) will be
the place for stable/released docs.

As for the server itself, it is currently on our linode but is migrating
as we speak to
