Hi there Kevin,

thanks for your comments. Please note that there is a whole section in
the document about how to participate in Ubuntu, and a prominent link to
http://www.ubuntu.com/community/participate which has in turn a
prominent link to Locoteams.

This said, you're right, and I have no doubt the document will change
drastically for the better for the Dapper release.
