This needs to point to /usr/share/doc/xcdroast/manual/xcdroast-manual.pdf, and
also the xcdroast-manual.pdf.gz needs to be decompressed in the package so it is
available. Yelp itself cannot read pdf, but it will launch Evince when a link to
a pdf file is clicked.
