Latest Ubuntu-docs package and problems with the FAQ Guide

Here's whats missing from the FAQ Guide:

Disclaimer
Feedback
A. Creative Commons by Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0
B. GNU Free Documentation License

The last two may only be because the relevent xml files are not included
yet (like the entities) but I can't for the life of me figure out why
the first three are not there.
