packaging - going well, with one exception

Hi all,

I've made quite a few changes today in preparation for uploading a
package to dapper, thanks to Daniel Holbach. Among some things, I've
done this:

* included html versions of desktop and server guides and registered
them in scrollkeeper so they show up in yelp
* got the desktopguide and serverguide using the same xsl stylesheets
(in ubuntu/libs/desktopguide-html-*) and css
(ubuntu/libs/ubuntu-book.css)
* included the packaging guide in the package

The package now builds and seems to work.

There is one fly in the ointment right now. The serverguide takes
absolutely ages to build: on my laptop the thing just stops for ages,
and I built it ok on the docteam server, but it takes AGES (as in,
several minutes)! I have no idea why, because running the relevant
command in the command line is really fast. If anyone knows WHY this is
happening, then I'd be delighted to know. It wasn't happening before so
it must be related to my changes with the xsl... And yet all I did was
make it use ubuntu/libs/desktopguide-html* rather than
generic/libs/serverguide-html* (the actual files themselves were
IDENTICAL). It's crazy because I asked one of the motu guys to try, and
he didn't reproduce the problem.

Go figure!

dapper (if you haven't upgraded firefox, and therefore have a working
yelp):

Feel free to point out any bugs. We can upload it as soon as we have
figured out this damn serverguide problem, or sooner if we decide to
figure it out later.
