Ok this is going fairly well:

I've have a thorough look at the package, and barring anything I haven't
thought of, it should be working now for dapper. Documents going in are:

About Ubuntu (html and xml)
Desktop Starter Guide (xml)
Server Starter Guide (xml)

I'll check things over with Daniel this evening and he'll upload later
on, if it works.
