kubuntu quicktour xml

Hello,

Further to the decision we made in recent docteam meeting, i've
prepared the xml version of kubuntu quicktour
(kubuntu/kquicktour/kquicktour.html). I request you to walk through
the following steps to include this xml document:

$ cd ubuntu-doc/kubuntu/kquicktour
$ mkdir C
$ cp /tmp/quicktour.xml . # This email attachment

The appropriate style sheet is yet to be prepared. Once it's applied
we may convert ubuntu quickguide as well.
