Document Feedback System and Competition

Hi,

Matt and myself have been discussing a possible feedback system for our
documents that uses a web page and submits the feedback to the mailing
list. To highlight the system and to foster better relations with the
Ubuntu users community we have come up with a competition of sorts that
requires people use the system to contribute to one of our documents
(the Desktop Starter Guide). 

The feedback system isn't intended to take the place of bugzilla but
instead complement it by giving uses an easy way of providing feedback
without having to sign up for an account.
