and that's why I deleted it.

However, if there are policies to keep them 'available', then I agree
with Jerome. ## Author: XyZ is a commented line in MoinMoin, and we
could use it a lot so it even gets shown as a result of searching.

I'd appreciate if someone could point me to any url where there's
policy on document creation for ubuntu.
In Chile, I have good friends on www.derechosdigitales.org (Digital
Rights) and they'll be glad to help us clarify this if needed.
