meeting decisions

Today I've further done the following:

* moved artwork/ into teamstuff/
* moved styleguide into generic folder
* moved serverguide into generic folder
* made a Makefile for generic

I think I've sorted out any breakage caused, if anyone spots anything,
just shout!
