As briefly mentioned in that spec, the Fridge could always use new and
fresh content. Someone could easily think of a "Best of the Wiki"
regular feature (weekly? bi-weekly?) which would highlight some of
the best wiki entries. It sounds like a nice little way of
contributing to Ubuntu for someone, without any technical barriers;
just write, and send the final product to
fridge-devel at lists.ubuntu.com. Other obvious places to post are
planet.u.c, the forums, and the ubuntu-user ML.
A semi-regular "DocTeam Report", similar to what MOTU does (used to
do?) could do wonder to present to the world (or at least the mailing
lists + fridge) what is the team is up to, which docs we are working
on, and which ones could use more help. It doesn't need to be very
long, but long enough to present a public image to the community at
large.

I'm of the philosophy (in a perfect world) that if we ship Ubuntu with
Gnome, that includes both their applications and their docs.If we feel
they need more love, we should propagate patches and additions
upstream, like any other aspect of gnome. Evaluating the gnome-docs,
hiding then, then trying to come with our own docs seems to be a
duplication of efforts. But sadly we don't live in a perfect
world... so maybe hiding them is the only way to go....

Is that a new doc? Maybe I missed it, but I don't remember seeing
that one before.
The spec seems to imply it is around, but need to be "merge" into the
doc team structure.

something that just came to mind with respect to these projects and
the meeting on the 4th: Are we sticking to svn, or we will be
migrating to bzr/bazaar-ng? Vaguely remember a discussion way back
about this, deferring a decision until after Breezy, but nothing since
(or did I missed something?).
