Ok, so I read a lot of people's things wrong.

I would like:
1. One  wiki for ALL documention, in development of not, and one for
the developers (MOTU, etc.)
2. Talk pages
3. Allow editing of any page by any logged in user
4. Allow editing of talk pages by anon users (the only place they can edit)
5. Deletion rights held by very few
6. Move rights held by very few
