Well, what is the right tool, then?  As it is, the docs in SVN are not
offering the kind of documentation that many users need.

The documentation that is currently there is either not indexed
adequately, or is too broad in scope and does not offer precise
answers to common questions.

I'm no fan of wikis (really not!)  But I am willing to explore any
avenue if this can offer the kind of ressource that can help out users
with questions.
