I can't convince gdm to display the date in the bottom right in English
instead of Italian.  I've already set the default locale of the system
to en_GB and did all I could.  Where is that thing getting the language
settings from?  All the loging screen is in English, except the date :(

Since I can't take a screenshot with an Italian date, I'm blocked
waiting for clues.
