PDF Version of Kubuntu Installation Guide

Hello,

Just to let people know that an XSL-FO stylesheet and make target to transform 
the Kubuntu Installation Guide from XML to PDF has been added to the 
ubuntu-doc SVN.

The HTML version of the Installation Guide will not be packaged with Kubuntu. 
It makes no sense to install this document when the user already has the 
distro installed. The following documents will be packaged:
1. About Kubuntu
2. Kubuntu Release Notes
3. Kubuntu Quick Guide
4. Kubuntu User Guide

Depending on the progress of the Kubuntu FAQ Guide we may opt to install this 
doc.

The PDF version of the Kubuntu Installation Guide is small, at present 570KB, 
this is small enough to ship with the CD. If the PDF is shipped with the CD, 
it should be placed in an easy to find location, such as the root, so that 
users can open and print the document as a reference during installation.
