Hello Troy,

It's an oversight on my part. But also Kynaptic is is a KDE application and 
should be packaged by MVO, so it is not required.

On another note, some of the kubuntu-devels are working on the deb packaging 
for the docs so we should be able to have regular deb updates that will save 
you having to manually install in this way.
