faqguide patch

Hi all,

I created my first FAQ Guide patch. This patch essentially sets id's
for the various chapters and sections so that the document it viewable
in is entirety in a viewer (I'm just using yelp for now). There are a
few other things in the patch too. There is still lots to do, I just
want to get the ball rolling.

Oh, I know XML, but this is my first crack with DocBook specifically
so, any advice is more that welcome.
