Hi All,

First off, thanks to everyone working on the documentation. It is too
often overlooked and usually under appreciated. You guys are not only
doing a great job, but seem to really embrace the welcoming Ubuntu
spirit.

I've been on Ubuntu for about a month now and would like to give
something back. I have read through the doc team's getting started page
and looked through the wiki. I can see some places where I think I can
help out.

But before I do, I was wondering if there is a more detailed description
of the Ubuntu end-users. User profiles, roles, personas or anything that
talks about what sort of goals, skills, usage patterns and backgrounds
users may have. I've been hunting around various parts of the Ubuntu
website looking for such a thing but haven't found anything.
