It is "Go" in my nautilus.

I _think_ this is the dialogue that pops up when you right click on a file and
select "Open With". I agree the documentation is not clear, this needs to be
reported to the upstream gnome developers. Sadly, gnome bugzilla is down right
now, so I'm leaving the bug open for someone to report this when it is working
again.
