Adding Kubuntu Documenst to KHelpCenter

For anyone hacking Kubuntu Documents.

I have added the instructions and files needed in order to add Kubuntu 
Documents to KHelpCenter.

For instructions pls read
trunk/kde/khelpdesktop/READ.INFO

In addition to viewing documents in KHelpCenter you can use the help:/ 
io-slave to view the documents. For more information see the value of Docpath 
in each of the .desktop files.

One thing that bothers me is our use of the directory C/ . Over at kde they do 
not use this dir. rather they use the ISO 2-letter codes. I am thinking of 
removing it for KDE. Thoughts, suggestions etc. Always welcome.
