True, but Moin can also serve as a presentation tool. If you disable the
editing features it will appear just as plain web pages, and it also has
a powerful search feature. When we already have a great deal of
documentation in Moin format in the wiki it is trivial to copy it across
to the help site. We can also generate Moin pages from the docbook
archives with Jeff Schering's a2m tool

But ATM there isn't one. I've only seen a very preliminary mock-up of
that so far. You would need to write XML->HTML transforms that provide
all the site header stuff and whatever navigation system we decide to
use. Then we need a search facility as well.
