Duplicate images

Hello people,

I found a number of images in kde/images that are duplicated and the 
duplicates are not used in any of the kde books.

As a practice, please do not add duplicate images to svn. We only want images 
that are used. First this saves space, second it makes it easy to know which 
image was used, third, when we do the packaging we only want those images 
that are actually referenced in the kde docs.

I have removed some that I found.
