At the last documentation meeting it was decided that the adminguide would 
not be worked on for release with Breezy. A summary of the meeting is here:

We would love it if you can help us concentrate our efforts on the other 
documentation! Emails will be sent out soon in order to allocate people 
responsible for individual documents, in the meantime you can have a look at
