New kquickguide Patch

I've committed it at revision 1152. Thanks! 

When I did so, I noticed some errors in validating that kquickguide. These 
were there before Troy's patch, so its not that. If anyone fancies fixing 
them, that would be great. 

p.s. I've added an agenda item for the meeting about how to decide on 
getting new members svn access.
