Don't feel this way, Kubuntu documentation is no different from Ubuntu
documentation as they are both community-driven, hence of equal
footing. However, since Ubuntu and Kubuntu use different help viewers
at the moment different strategies may have to be adopted for this.
There was a proposed spec for Kubuntu Help during UDU but was not
completed: http://udu.wiki.ubuntu.com/KubuntuHelpCentre and is
currently a Breezy Bounty.

The day of the meeting came up as not to coincide with other Ubuntu
meetings such as MOTU, CC and TB. Thursday is usually free so it was
adopted. As for the time, since we span across the globe in different
time zones, 14UTC should accomodate most people from NA and 22UTC for
EU. If there are other proposals to the time of the date, please give
suggestions but please consider the timezone of other members.
