Preview for Kubuntu docs

KHelpCenter is the Help viewer for KDE, so it will stay as it is and
since it is in HTML, we will just transform the source when we're
close to freezing.

As for the doc previews, Sean is currently the one hosting them, but
when we have the issues settled on the linode server settled, all
document previews should be housed in one location.
