Wiki installation page rationalization

Hey all,

We recently had a discussion about the aborted Installation Tutorial
pages. Someone just popped up on #ubuntu, having visited those pages
and not found any help.

So searched the wiki and found several aborted attempts at providing
installation help.

I thus decided to rationalize this all down to one page: Installation.
All other pages died, as they had less content.

However, this leads to one problem:

HelpOnInstalling is about installing Moin and not Ubuntu. Those pages
thus have to move to better titles. Any thoughts on where they should
go? MoinInstallation?
