CategoryCleanup on the wiki

Hey all,

I have created a CategoryCleanup on the wiki. I have also changed
WikiToDo to autogen a list from this category. To add a page to this
list, add CategoryCleanup to the bottom of the page and remove the
same to remove it from the category.

I would also like to announce a feature that Mediawiki does not have:
Transclusion of categories into regular pages. I am stunned.
