Redoing the FAQ guide

There are obviously many overlaps between our user guides and the
faqguide.

That said, the popularity of the ubuntuguide.org guide has shown that a
comprehensive question and answer guide can be helpful.

I think the answer lies in improving the structure and usability of the
FAQguide. However, we should remember that the faq guide is a quick
question and answer guide, and that anything but brief explanations
should be in the UserGuide.
