Yelp front page

Windows XP and Mac OS X both do something similar to this
<http://www.xvsxp.com/help/>, though they do it rather poorly (the XP
front page is far too large and crowded, while the OS X version has the
marketese label "Top Customer Issues").

I'm all in favor of doing this in yelp ... just as soon as it gets a
search function. Until then, I think the front page needs to be a
comprehensive table of contents (though not as deep and anti-helpful as
the current one).

Even then, if the questions are specific ones (like "How do I connect to
the Internet?"), we should report bugs about the relevant software on
the grounds that it's not obvious enough.
