Release Notes Where?

At present the source will be in the file I created. I can include it 
practically anywhere during transformation.

The one place I do know that it will be shown in in the About Ubuntu page. 
Essentially this page is going to be just a driver that brings in content 
from various places in the repos. Part this will the Release Notes. I expect 
that this section will be the last topic in the About Ubuntu page.
