Converting Wiki to Docbook XML

Hello everyone,

Please see http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/ConvertWikiToDocbook for less than 
perfect but better than nothing methods to convert wiki type texts to Docbook 
XML.

Hope it makes life easier on longer docs.
