Ctrl-alt-Del (i.e. forward delete) does nothing on Macs (command (no
direct corollary on Windos keyboards)-control-power is the magic key
combo but it's actually a hard-restart), and, IIRC,
ctrl-alt-Fn-backspace (aka Delete) does the same thing as
ctrl-alt-backspace.
