I asked mdz for their wishes.  Basically the Hoary release notes should
get their informations from the HoaryGoals wiki page[1] and put them
down into something cool.

Useful things to look at can be the Warty release notes (which I can't
find at the moment), the Debian release notes[2] and, why not, some
other release notes like the RedHat ones[3]: after having had a look
around and a look at HoaryGoals, it should be easy to figure out how to
do something cool.
