image lists for enrico

Hi,

Image lists are now available for the QG, UG, AG, FAQ,

Just do 'make imagelist' and look in build/

If the document does not have images a list file will not be created.

For *all* the above documents images/{navig,admon,callout} are required.

Enrico, I will change the make to create the structure as you have it for 
dist. This will make this clearer and easier for future package building.
