Commit messages!

Hello!

With the migration of the repository we have commit messages: every time
soemone commits to the repository, a subversion hook sends a mail to
this mailing list:

   http://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-doc-commits

You just need to subscribe to it to get realtime notifications to what
happens to the repository.
