I don't think we need to do this. The other irc support channels exist
for people who don't speak English, and hence can't read that page. The
translated document should probably contain the #ubuntu-fr (eg)
reference, or even a reference to both. I know this is how the Italian
translating team do it, not sure about the rest. But I don't think we
need to include it in the English version of the document.
As Kevin says, there are too many to list by name in the English version
(we've got about 20 translations of that doc ;) )
