Couple of ideas for increasing participation

All,

Here's my first attempt at helping out the Doc Team.  I have taken the
"liberty" of translating the first issue to the Brazilian portuguese
language.  As I also did the tranlstation for the Desktop News Issue, my
intent is to allow us to reach a broader audience.  The wiki for it can be
found here:  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/News1_pt_BR

If you guys like my idea, I'd be more than happy to edit it and have it
ready for the official release (granted I'm given enough time).  Once it is
released, I'd like to request for permission to publish it at our
http://planeta.ubuntubrasil.org site so that it can be viewed by the
Brazilian users.  I also intend to offer my help making a few tweaks to the
English version, for I saw a few things that, IMHO, can be improved before
being released.
