Edubuntu doc (was: Cleaning svn trunk)

I looked over the current stuff in bzr and it was totally different to
what I started (and never finished) for Breezy. All the while I
thought the current WIP was a continuation of what was stagnant in the
svn. While it was adapted from the original tuxlabs cookbook, a lot of
introductory content has already been written in the svn of the ubuntu
documentation project.
