Question on Bug 19468

Ok I'm looking at https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=19468 and trying 
to figure out what is going on w/ this bug. On the starterguide look at 
http://help.ubuntu.com/starterguide/C/faqguide-all.html#dhcp3-server_installdhcpserver 
and see how it almost looks like step 6 and 7 and messed up.

This will be fixed by the desktopguide and the server guide, but could we get 
this fixed for the doc update that is going to be happening.

I would remove step 6 and step 7 and move from step 5 to step 8.

Thoughts?
