Writing about mail services

I'll leave it to the members in charge of the serverguide to give you an
authoritative response, but my opinion is:

I don't think that our primary goal should be to write about packages in
universe: many servers won't add the universe repository (although of
course some will). However, that doesn't prevent us from including a
supplementary section on different mail setups.
