Server Guide Net-App Subversion patch

I've applied it in revision r2174. So run the following commands to
apply this patch:

$ cd ubuntu-doc/generic/serverguide/C
$ svn update -r 2174 network-applications.xml
$ patch -p0 < network-applications.xml.diff
