dholbach, Rui Azevedo, WaterSevenUb on freenode:) I think it is relevant to
separate both issues.
On a fresh breezy installation where you have chosen Portuguese as your primary
language you have in the end,
cat /etc/environment
LANGUAGE="pt_PT:pt:pt_BR:en_GB:en"
LANG=pt_PT.UTF-8
Now, run language-selector and select Portuguese Translation checkbox and unmark
it. Apply changes.
Now select the Portuguese translation checkbox, apply changes. In the end you have,
cat /etc/environment
LANGUAGE="pt_PT:pt"
LANG="pt_PT.UTF-8"
I think this is an issue because there should be a fallback to pt_BR when pt_PT
is not available and language-selector is loosing this information.
In relation to the second issue, it's easy.
After a fresh breezy installation click in System (Sistema), Help (Ajuda) and
then click for example in Starter Guide (or About Ubuntu). You can compare the
strings shown in yelp with this,
/usr/share/ubuntu-docs/generic/faqguide/pt_BR/faqguide.xml and you will notice
they are the same. You can compare the title "Guia Ubuntu de Perguntas e
Respostas" which is pt_BR.
The problem is that you should have been pointed to
/usr/share/ubuntu-docs/generic/faqguide/pt/faqguide.xml. You can see that the
title for the FAQ guide in pt is "Guia QAF Ubuntu" and this is the title that
should appear in Yelp.
