xml -> pdf?

Actually I was thinking that a "make all" target could be added to 
styleguide/makefile, so that both the html and pdf gets built: the 
styleguide isn't really a gnome document... 

I would do it myself, but I don't know how. 

Is the pdf for the styleguide still generated using apache fop?
