This will work for the style guide and probably for the kde docs as
well. Unfortunately, it won't work on the gnome docs. Gnome uses 'C'
as the language for english instead of 'en', and this causes problems.
docbook2pdf (part of the 'docbook-utils' package) chokes when it sees
a language it does not recognize, whereas the java tools (xsltproc)
default to 'en' on non-recognized language codes (That's why you see
all those No localization exists for "c" or "". Using default "en"
errors when building gnome docs).

Personally, I would like to get rid of the 'C' and use the standard
'en'. I won't have time to look in to it until after breezy release
though.
