Ubuntu Help Front Page - Lets use the FAQ Guide

Hi all,

A few of us had a quick meeting at 14:00UTC to discuss what we would
use as the front page for yelp. Here is what we decided:

* Use the FAQ Guide as the front page
* Add a paragraph/section at the top of the FAQ Guide which contains
links to the other available docs (instead of having a docs index for
now).

mgalvin: ok, so faqguide as front page and the faqguide needs another
section to link to other docs, this new section should the first thing
shown
Burgundavia: mgalvin, just add a paragraph at the top of the current front page
