kubuntu deb build broken

Uhmm, why was a working build of kubuntu debian changed and now is broken?

I setup the kubuntu build to work from prepdeb.sh
so with pwd kde/

./prepdeb.sh
old kubuntu-docs packaging directory removed
Enter a release folder number
5.10                               

After svn co of required components I should left with deb and src packages, 
now get. So what once worked fine for myself and people of kubuntu-devel is 
now broken without good reason.
