How and why to start hacking Ubuntu Help

The fork was my attempt to provide something for Aunt Tillie. MPT
suggested that we merge our ideas, as LocalHelp was similar.

Basically,  CommonProblems, LocalHelp and UbuntuHelp are all aiming at
the same goal, a better default main page, good for the majority of
computer users (Aunt Tillie).
