Hello Przemysław,
Thanks for your interest. At present non of the Kubuntu documents are ready
for translation. Normally when we do translation of the documents, we do it
in Rosetta (see http://launchpad.ubuntu.com).
I know that Ubuntu apps are localized in Rosetta and Ubuntu documents are
translated in the same place.
I am not sure if Kubuntu apps are being localized in the same way. If they
are, then we will also translated the documents in the same way. If not, then
we can do the translations in SVN using std POT/PO files.
