Style Guide: How to refer to Ubuntu

Another question to ask is, is there a point to ever referring to
anything other than Ubuntu? If we need to refer to the kernel, it is
the kernel. If we are talking about the system as a whole, it is
Ubuntu.

This neatly avoids the whole issue and also really ties our brand together.
